Clients often state specific learning objectives for the “CorporateTheatre” workshops and ask for a note on how those objectives would be addressed. In the course of replying to such requests, I have often found that the distilled learning that I have gathered from hundreds of workshops and behaviourally reinforced by thousands of participants, find expression. Even though many of these points may have already been covered in the earlier posts, I think that sharing excerpts from these notes could be of interest to those how have been following this blog. Let me repeat, this is not my wisdom, but the wisdom and insights expressed and shared consistently by over 30,000 participants since June 2002.
